What colleagues say
Dr. Koorankot combines real methodological care with genuine curiosity. His work on solution-focused approaches opened up useful questions for the field, and many of his former MPhil students have gone on to build strong clinical practices.
He is equally comfortable presenting research, running a workshop or sitting with a client. That range has shown in his mental health advocacy work across Kerala and now in Qatar.
What I appreciate about working alongside Dr. Koorankot is how he takes research findings and turns them into programmes that actually work day-to-day for staff, built around what people need, not just what looks good on paper.
